It’s getting closer – just a little over 2 months away! January 8th through 12th Affiliate Marketers will be taking over Caesars Palace Las Vegas! Affiliate Summit West 2012 will be a huge event for newbies and veterans alike. It’s expected to be the largest yet with close to 5000 people in attendance! The good folks at Affiliate Summit are packing in more networking than ever with specialized networking events, and more sessions than ever with the learning beginning at 11:00 AM Sunday. Use the Affiliate Summit West 2012 Agenda, which is getting filled out as speakers confirm, to plan our your time at the conference wisely. The exhibits will be big and the parties will be bigger!
As per usual, we’ll be in attendance exhibiting and speaking on industry topics. For Me To Coupon will be set up at Meet Market table #15 and continue the exhibition fun at Exhibit Hall booth #602. We have some goodies for anyone kindly enough to stop by and talk to us, so whether you’re currently a subscriber interested in what we’re working on to make your life easier, or you’re interested in diving into this whole “coupon thing” and want to know how we work, we’d love to talk to you!
We’re also excited to note that our own Trisha Lyn Fawver will once again be a speaker! You can see her on the Affiliate Improv! panel Sunday the 8th at 3:30 pm along side Daniel M. Clark, Mike Buechele, and Eric Souza. They’re getting together to help brainstorm ideas that affiliates can use to build their sites. Audience participation is definitely required, so don’t be shy!

Wow, we’re still not recovered from Affiliate Summit, and CJU is already kicking off next Tuesday! On the panel is Connie Berg of FlamingoWorld.com, Carrie Rocha of PocketYourDollars.com, Carolyn Kmet of Groupon, and Kim Rowley of Key Internet Marketing. These ladies will be discussing the current coupon landscape as it relates to affiliate marketing, and where they think coupons in affiliate marketing are headed.

It’ll be controversial to no one to say that ShareASale is a great affiliate network. Like most larger affiliate networks, ShareASale has a tradition of holding an event for their affiliates and merchants, called ThinkTank. In the past it’s been by invitation only, however this year they’re changing things up with a Remix and opening up the event to more participants.
This means the FMTC crew will be at this year’s ThinkTank 2011 Remix in Chicago. We’re excited to chat with affiliates about our service, as well as meet with our affiliates in our leads program in ShareASale.
Are you going to be there? We’d love to schedule meetings during the afternoon of May 26th during the event’s allotted private meeting time. Much like ShareASale’s famous “Things We Need To Fix” session, we want to know what we need to fix. What creative do you need? What landing pages do you want to see?
